THE PROJECTFROM RAW INTERVIEW TO FINISHED EPISODE.
Transfr's interviews are recorded remotely through Riverside. I take the raw recordings and turn them into finished episodes, cleaning up the audio, shaping the visual layout, adding the show's opening and closing elements, and preparing the material for short-form.
MY ROLETHE EDIT HAPPENS AFTER THE CONVERSATION.
My role covers the post-production process: reviewing the recording, cleaning and leveling the audio, editing the video, building the visual layout, adding branding and music, creating short-form clips, and preparing thumbnails.
RIVERSIDE · PREMIERE PRO · AUDITION · SHORT-FORMTHE PRODUCTIONCLEANING UP THE CONVERSATION
The goal isn't to make an interview feel over-produced. It's to make the conversation easy to watch and listen to while giving the finished episode a consistent visual identity.
SELECTED WORKTHE FINISHED PIECES.
In our latest episode of Upward with Transfr, @Donny Jones (Executive Director of West AlabamaWorks!) breaks down how their team scaled their Modern Manufacturing pathway from 30 to over 3,000 students—aligning 12 school districts directly with major regional employers like Mercedes-Benz.
From engaging 4,000+ students at their regional career expos to helping graduating seniors walk away with over 600 immediate job offers at Industry Signing Days, West AlabamaWorks! proves what happens when education and industry operate on the same timeline.
TAKEAWAYGOOD EDITING SHOULD MAKE THE CONTENT FEEL EFFORTLESS.
The finished episode should still feel like the people in the conversation — just clearer, tighter, and easier to experience.
