I've moved through different kinds of work over the years, but the part I keep coming back to is making something better than I found it — shaping an idea, solving the messy parts, and getting it across the finish line.
Sometimes that means producing a show. Sometimes it means editing a conversation, building a website, organizing a project, or figuring out a process that never really existed before. The format changes. The instinct doesn't.
